This Court is informed that one of the victims in this case is a minor and that offences under provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO) have also been registered against the accused persons, including the applicant. 2.

In that light, the applicant shall amend the application to add the said victim as respondent No.2. The amendment be carried out within two days from today.

Issue notice to the newly added respondent No.2, returnable on 26th June 2024, to be listed High on Board. Respondent No.2 shall be served through the Investigating Officer and for that purpose, the applicant shall provide additional set of papers to the Investigating Officer at the earliest.
