The learned APP informs this Court that the respondent No.2 is seeking legal aid.

In that light, office of the Legal Services Authority of this Court is directed to appoint advocate from its panel to represent respondent No.2. The applicant shall serve an additional set of papers on the office of the Legal Services Authority of this Court within one week from today. 4.

List the application for further consideration on 19.07.2024, H.O.B.

In the meanwhile, formal amendment shall be carried out to add respondent No.2 in the cause title.
