In these applications, the learned APP is seeking time to file reply affidavits. The prayer is vehemently opposed by the learned senior counsel appearing for applicant in Bail Application No.727 of 2024 and also the learned counsel appearing for the applicants in the other applications. It is submitted that insofar as Bail Application No.727 of 2024 is concerned, time to file reply within 3 weeks, was granted as far back as on 24.04.2024. by PRIYA KAMBLI Date:

This Court has considered the rival contentions on the aspect of granting time to file reply affidavits. It would be appropriate that one last chance is granted.
3.
Accordingly, the respondent-State is granted time to file reply affidavits in these applications. The same shall be filed on or before 14.11.2024, with advance copies of the reply affidavits being served on the advocates representing the applicants.
