Heard Mr. Sarpande, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Gajare - Dhumal, learned APP for Respondent - State. 2.
Mr. Sarpande, learned Advocate for Applicant would submit that Applicant is not involved in the crime as recovery of the contraband in question has been seized from the house which he was sharing with the co-accused. Co-accused is absconding and credentials of the Applicant are not clear, save and except learned Advocate stating that from 19.04.2023 to 15.05.2023 he was employed with Tech Mahindra. Applicant is 29 years old and therefore there is nothing on record which persuades me to consider Applicant's case and bonafides.

In order to give one chance to the Applicant, Applicant is permitted to file additional Affidavit, if so desired. 4.
Mr. Sarpande seeks time to file additional Affidavit to place the credentials of the Applicant for consideration of the present Bail Application. Let the Affidavit be filed within a period of two weeks from today. Advance copy of the same shall be served on the other side.
