Heard learned counsel for the applicant to some extent. I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. Learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to file application after six months, if the trial is not concluded.

Learned APP already informed that trial is already commenced. Two or three witnesses are examined.

Considering the same, learned Special Court shall proceed with the trial and shall complete the trial at the earliest. If the trial is not completed within six months, the liberty is granted to the present applicant to move the application.
