The applicant who is arraigned in C.R. No. 426 of 2023 registered with Mira Road police station for the offences punishable under sections 376, 376(2)(n), 406, 323 and 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 seeks to be enlarged on bail.

The first informant is present before the Court. She seeks time to appoint an advocate and participate in this proceedings. 4.

The applicant shall implead the first informant as a party respondent by concealing her identity.
