By order dated 05th March, 2024, this Court (Coram : N.J. Jamadar, J.) had directed issuance of notice and service of the same upon respondent No.2 through the Investigating Officer, for which purpose copy of the application was to be furnished to the Investigating Officer. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that a copy was indeed served on the concerned Police Station, in turn to be served on respondent No.2.

There is lack of clarity on the aspect of service on respondent No.2.

Ms. Newton, the learned APP submits that she will take instructions in the matter, so as to report to this Court on the question as to Shrikant Malani
