This case concerns offence under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. The respondent No.2-informant has joined as a party to the present application.

The learned APP further informs that the informant desires representation through an advocate.

Hence, High Court Legal Services Committee is directed to appoint an advocate on behalf of respondent No.2.
