In this application scheduled to be listed on 14th December, 2024, the applicant was being represented by an advocate appointed by the High Court Legal Services Committee, being Advocate Priyanka Chavan.

In the meanwhile, the applicant has instructed Advocate Gaurav Bhawnani, to appear on his behalf. In that light, Advocate Gaurav Bhawnani now instructed to appear on behalf of the applicant, is permitted to file Vakalatnama and Advocate Priyanka Chavan, appointed by the High Court Services Committee need not appear in the matter.
