I am informed that in respect of the co-accused - Attar Anis Khan, the complainant has challenged the order dated 14/12/2023 passed in Bail Application No. 3533 of 2023 enlarging him bail.

I am informed that Hon'ble Supreme Court has issued notice on 23/02/2024 and the matter is kept after 4 weeks. 3.

In this view of the matter, though the learned counsel for the applicant insisted that the present application be decided, I am inclined to list the present application on 26/03/2024.
