Mr. Mubin Solkar makes a grievance that the first informant has not taken any efforts to get the matter listed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court which is filed for cancellation of bail granted by this Court to the co-accused. Mr. Solkar further submits that on the past three occasions this Court had adjourned the present application at the request of the prosecution.

Though Mr. Solkar insists that the applicant's case is at par with the co-accused, at the request of learned APP, I am inclined to list the matter on 7/5/2024 to enable learned APP 1/2

Diksha Rane 10. BA 777-24.doc to inform the status of the matter before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. I am informed that the notice has been issued in the application for cancellation of bail filed by the first informant and the co-accused has appeared before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
