PC :- 1) Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2) The statement of the victim on page No. 62 of the application indicates that the victim was 17 years of age at the time of the alleged occurrence. It would, therefore, be necessary to hear the victim.

3) The applicant shall amend the application so as to implead the victim as a party respondent to this application. 1/2

911-BA-797-24.DOC 4) Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith. 5) The victim be impleaded by appropriately concealing her identity.

6) Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 27th March, 2024.

7) Mr. Agarkar, the learned APP, waives notice to the respondent No. 1.

8) The Investigating Officer shall serve the respondent No. 2 and file report of service.

9) The applicant shall furnish copy of the application to the Investigating Officer for being served on respondent No.2. 10) Stand over to 27th March, 2024.
