It is brought to the notice of this Court that the applicant in this case was arrested on 08.12.2019, thereby showing that he has suffered incarceration for a period of about five years. This Court is further informed that on 14.10.2024, respondent-State was granted time of four weeks to file reply as the offences under the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act, 1999 are also registered. Yet, no reply affidavit is on record.

Therefore, the State is granted time till 09.12.2024, as a matter of last chance, to file the reply affidavit.
