In this case offences under the provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, are also registered. Hence, the victim will have to be made a party.

Leave to amend is granted to add the victim as respondent No.2 by appropriately concealing her identity. The amendment be carried out within one week from today.

The respondent No.2 shall be served through the Investigating Officer, for which the applicant shall provide an additional set of papers to the Investigating Officer.

4.

List for further consideration on 14th August, 2024, to be included in the "Supplementary List."
