This Court by the Order dated 1st March 2024, issued notice to the Respondent No.2. However, the notice could not be issued as the Advocate of the Applicant has not supplied spare copy.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that, inadvertently spare copy could not be supplied to the Offce. He states that spare copy will be supplied to the Offce within a period of three days.
