When this application is called out for hearing, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, makes a statement that the grievance of the first informant will be fully satisfied, as according to the applicant, necessary steps are being taken to ensure that the charge on the flat of the informant, shall be removed within less than one year.

The applicant shall file an affidavit to that effect within a period of one week from today. The jail authorities shall assist the applicant in swearing of the proposed affidavit for it to be filed within the said period. An advance copy of the affidavit shall be served on the learned APP as well as the learned counsel appearing for the first informant. 3.
The learned counsel for the first informant shall take appropriate instructions in the matter.
