In pursuance of order dated 10.10.2024, the learned counsel appearing for applicant has tendered an affidavit signed in Jail by the applicant. In the said affidavit, the applicant has indicated as to the manner in which he would be able to satisfy the grievance of the informant. The affidavit is taken on record.

Since a copy of the affidavit was served on the learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 (first informant), she makes a request for adjournment to file a response affidavit to the same. 3.
