In pursuance of order dated 13th November 2024, the applicant has kept an affidavit-cum-undertaking ready for being submitted to this Court. But, when a copy of the same was served on the learned counsel for the first informant, further apprehensions were expressed, which the applicant intends to address in an appropriate manner.

As a matter of last chance, the applicant is granted further time of one week to execute appropriate affidavit that may address the apprehensions of the first informant. The jail authority shall assist the applicant for swearing such affidavit-cum-undertaking, to be produced before this Court within the aforesaid period of time.
