The application is for grant of bail.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicant extensively as well as learned APP for the State. The entire case is based on the circumstantial evidence. One of the circumstance on which the prosecution relied upon is the seizure of the shirt button of the applicant. The Investigating Officer has obtained the colour photographs while drawing the spot panchnama. The said photographs are not before the Court.
