By this application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure the applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.339 of 2023, registered with Akkalkot North Police Station, Solapur for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 452, 354, 354-A, 354-B, 294, 504, 506 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having gone through the charge-sheet and the relevant material collected by the IO during the investigation, it is evident that the offence is very serious and there is incriminating material to show that the applicant is prima facie involved in such a heinous crime. varsha

Moreover, the applicant is from Karnataka, there is every likelihood that if the applicant is released on bail, he will not be available for trial.

Thus, considering the CCTV footage and other incriminating material which prima facie shows the involvement of the applicant in the alleged offence, I am not inclined to grant bail. Accordingly, it is rejected.
