It appears that the Legal Services Committee has appointed Mr. Arvind D. Aswani to represent the applicant on 20 March 2024. However, till today neither charge-sheet is filed nor any effective steps are taken to represent the applicant. 2.

Hence, instead of Mr. Arvind D. Aswani, Ms. Priyanka Brahmadeo Chavan is appointed to represent the applicant, who shall furnish copy of charge-sheet after seeking it from the prosecution within two weeks from today.
