The present Application is filed through jail. Mr. Arvind Aswami was appointed by the Court to represent the Applicant. He is not present to represent the Applicant today. 2.

It appears from the prayer made by the Applicant that he is requesting the withdrawal and disposal of the present 14th January 2026

16-BA-862-2024.DOC Bail Application. However, there are other prayers regarding informing the withdrawal of the Application to the High Court Legal Aid Services Committee for discharge of the appointment of the Advocate.

In these circumstances, it is not clear as to the prayer of the Applicant, since the Advocate appointed to represent the Applicant is absent. Ms. Anuja Gotad, learned APP, is requested to inform the Jail Superintendent of Thane Central Prison to facilitate the Applicant, namely Anilkumar Sitaram Mishra, to appear before this Court through video conferencing on the next date.
