Learned APP appearing on behalf of respondent No.2 makes a statement that the examination-in-chief of the investigating officer who is the last witness of the prosecution's case is almost completed. The cross-examination of the investigating officer and final oral arguments will be completed within short time. 2.
This Court by its earlier order has already directed the Special Court to complete the trial within three months which is expiring today. Hence, the Special Court shall bind by the orders passed by this Court and is mandated to complete the trial. 3.
Since, the trial is almost over, it is not necessary to decide the present applications. The Special Court shall conclude the trial by the end of this month.

All the Bail Applications stand disposed of accordingly. 5.
The Bail Applications be kept for compliance on 15 July 2025.
