By this application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure the applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.1107 of 2023 registered with Hinjwadi Police Station, Pimpri Chinchwad, District Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 464, 465, 466, 468, 470, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegations against the Applicant are that he forged the Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) and issued in the name of certain labours working with some other organizations. 4.
The police have already filed charge sheet and during investigation seized and recovered all the relevant record. 5.
Applicant is in jail from 29th September 2023 and there are no antecedents against Applicant. Thus, considering the period of incarceration and the allegations levelled against the Applicant coupled with the nature of material collected by the Investigating MANISH SURESHRAO THATTE Date: 2024.07.10 17:01:32 +0530 MANISH SURESHRAO THATTE Officer during the investigation, I am of the opinion that further custody of the Applicant is not necessary.

In the circumstances though learned APP has strongly opposed the application, I am of the opinion that it needs to be allowed. 7.
Accordingly, I pass following order :
ORDER
(i) Bail Application is allowed and disposed off; (ii) It is directed that the applicant shall be released on bail in Crime No. 1107 of 2023 registered with Hinjwadi Police Station, Pimpri Chinchwad, District Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 464, 465, 466, 468, 470, 471 of the Indian Penal Code on furnishing P.R.Bond of Rupees Twenty Five Thousand with one solvent surety in the like amount;
(iii) The Applicant shall attend Hinjwadi Police Station, Pimpri Chinchwad, District Pune, on every 1st and 16th day of every month between 12.00 noon and 2.00 pm till conclusion of trial; (iv) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case, as also not tamper with the evidence; (v) Liberty is granted to the State for cancellation of bail in case of breach of any condition or if the applicant commits similar offence;
(vi) The applicant shall attend the trial before the Trial Court regularly on every date unless exempted by the trial Court for any reason.
