Considering the facts in the present case, prosecution is directed to place on record legible copy of the medico-legal examination report appended at page No. 63 of the Application in its entirety. Concerned Investigating Officer (IO) shall approach the concerned Hospital which has prepared the said report and obtain a clear copy of the same. If clear copy is not available, then original file of the same shall be produced before the Court for examination on the next adjourned date.
