It is true that earlier Bail Application of this Applicant was rejected on 4th July 2023. At that time DNA Report was not filed. Even charge was not framed. Liberty was granted to apply again after six (6) months.

No doubt six (6) months time is over. It is also true that DNA Report is filed. The Applicant / Accused and victim are real father and daughter and I am shown copies of Roznama obtained from the Kishor 1/2

24 BA 970 of 2024 (CR) .doc website. It mentions that charge is not yet framed. The mother of the victim has filed an Affidavit thereby giving consent for bail. Lets call the Report from the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Thane on following aspects :- (i) When the charge will be framed? ;

(ii) How many under trial prisoner's cases are there fixed for trial? ; (iii) When this case be taken up for hearing?
