Heard Mr. Botadra, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Yadav, learned APP for Respondent - State.

In the present case, Applicant is incarcerated for the past more than 7 years having arrested on 12.02.2018 in an offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 3.

Mr. Botadra, learned Advocate would submit that charge has not been framed and the trial has not commenced. He would persuade the Court to consider the long incarceration of the Applicant. 4.

Ms. Yadav, learned APP for the State is directed to take appropriate instructions from the concerned Investigating Officer and apprise the same to the Court on the next adjourned date.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, present Application shall be heard and decided by the Court on the next adjourned date. 6.
