This is an Application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking Regular Bail in connection with C.R.No.274 of 2018 registered with Narpoli Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 504, 506 readwith 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Mr. Shaikh would submit that Applicant is in incarceration for the past 6 and 1⁄2 years. He would submit that charge has also not been framed.
