Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The applicant is arraigned for the offences punishable under Sections 370, 370A, 376, 376(2)(n) of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 4, 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Sections 4, 5 and 6 of the Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act, 1956.

The applicant shall implead the victim as party Respondent No.2 to this application by concealing her identity.

4.

Necessary amendment be carried out within one week. 5.

The applicant shall serve copy of the amended application on the Respondent No.1 and also furnish copy of the amended application to the IO for being served on the Respondent No.2.
