Though amendment is carried out by addding the victim as Respondent No.2, it seems that no notice is issued. Accordingly, issue notice to Respondent No.2. The applicant shall furnish a copy of the Bail Application alongwith necessary documents to be served on Respondent No.2. The Investigating Officer shall intimate Respondent No.2 about pendency of the present matter and the date fixed so as to put her appearance on her behalf.
