Perused the investigation papers, from which it reveals that tender age girl of nine years was subjected for the sexual assault by the present applicant by promising her to give a samosa. Hence, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

Therefore, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the same. Permission is granted.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
