Learned APP informed that during pendency of this application, the non-applicant No.2 - victim reported to be dead. The victim was allegedly subjected for sexual assault by the present applicant. She being the aggrieved party and she is now reported to be dead therefore, notice be issued to her father.

Police Station Officer, Police Station, Kalmna, Nagpur shall intimate the father of the victim and also serve the notice on the father of the non-applicant No.2 - victim.

Stand over after one week.
