Heard Mr. Shrikant Gadade, learned Counsel for the Applicant. After arguing the matter for some time and as Court expressed disinclination to grant Bail, on instructions Mr. Gadade, learned Counsel seeks withdrawal of Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after a period of one year, if there is no progress in the trial. 2.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such with liberty to file fresh Bail Application after a period of one year.
