This is second Bail Application. The first Bail Application has been allowed to be withdrawn by this Court, by order dated 1st February 2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.3426 of 2023. The said Order reads as under :- "1. Mentioned out of turn at 10.30 a.m.

2. Mr. Nilesh Desai i/b. Advocate Raviraj Paramane, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application.

3. Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such."

Thus, it is clear that the withdrawal of the Bail Application has been allowed without considering the Bail Application on merits. Accordingly, office to take steps to place the same before the appropriate Court.
