The applicant shall amend the application so as to implead the victim as party Respondent by concealing the identity of the victim. 3.

Necessary amendment be carried out within one week from today. 4.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 18 April 2024. 5.

Learned APP waives service on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 2. 6.

Amended copy of the application be served on Respondent Nos.1 and 2 within one week thereafter.

The IO shall serve Respondent No.3 and file a service report. 8.

The applicant shall also furnish copy of the amended application to the IO for being served on the Respondent No.3.
