The learned Sessions Judge, Dindoshi, is directed to submit a report indicating the present stage of the Sessions Trial arising out of the subject crime. The report shall specifically mention whether the trial has commenced, and if not, the reasons for delay in its commencement. The Sessions Court shall also state, to the extent possible, the approximate time likely to be required for completion of the entire trial, considering the number of witnesses, nature of evidence, and other relevant factors. The said report shall be submitted to this Court within a period of two weeks from the date of this order.

List the present bail application for further consideration on 23rd June 2025, along with the report of the learned Sessions Court, Dindoshi.
