Heard both sides. It is true that earlier Bail Application of this Applicant was rejected on 1st August 2023. Liberty was granted to apply after six (6) months. When he filed this Application, report was called from the trial Court as per Order dated 19th June 2024. Lastly the matter was listed on 22nd July 2024. It is already informed to the trial Court by e-mail to send the report. Till today the report is not received.
