The issue raised in the application pertains to compliance under Section 50 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and Article 22(5) of the Constitution of India, which is now pending before the Hon'ble Apex Court. The learned counsel for the applicant further submitted that the matter is likely to be listed in the next week. However, the learned counsel for the applicant has not raised this issue before the trial Court. 2.

In view of that, the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Apex Court, matter be listed after two weeks.
