The order rejecting the applicant's bail application dated 24 January 2024 records a finding about existence of statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 in paragraph No.12.

Learned advocate for the applicant states that though the applicant applied for copy of such statement, he is told that such statement is not available.

Hence, Special Judge under POCSO Act, Borivali, Dindoshi,
