Learned advocate for the applicant submits that identification parade of the arrested accused was not conducted. The accused, as can be seen from the First Information Report, was not known to the injured at the time of appearance.

The Investigating Officer shall file his detailed affidavit state the reasons for not conducting the identification parade of the accused. The affidavit be filed on or before 17th January, 2025. The Investigating Officer shall remain present before the Court on 17th January, 2025.
