In this matter, Mr. Suraj Medhe, Police Sub Inspector, presently attached to Sonai Police Station, Ahmednagar City, District - Ahmednagar, has filed an Affidavit dated 26th July 2024. In said Affidavit, he has stated that as far as the Applicant is concerned, there are 5 criminal antecedents and 1 NC is registered against the Applicant. Arjun Page No.1

However, Mr. Pujari, learned Counsel for the Intervenor states that there are total 8 criminal antecedents against the Applicant and 5 NCs are registered against him.

Thus, prima facie, incorrect Affidavit has been filed by Mr. Suraj Medhe, Police Sub Inspector, Sonai Police Station, Ahmednagar City, District - Ahmednagar. He is directed to file further Affidavit explaining the same. Accordingly, such Affidavit be filed on or before 3rd September 2024.
