Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

After the court expressed its disinclination to entertain the prayer for bail, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. Learned Counsel, however, submits that the applicant has been in custody since last three years. Learned Counsel, thus, seeks leave to to revive the prayer for bail in the event the trial is not concluded within a reasonable period. 3.
The Application stands dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
The learned Additional Sessions Judge seized with Sessions Case No.70 of 2021 arising out C.R.No.379 of 2021 is requested to make an endeavour to commence and conclude the trial in Sessions Case No.70 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible.
