Learned Counsel for the Applicant, after the Court expressed its disinclination to grant the relief, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application. Learned Counsel, however, submits that the applicant be permitted to renew the prayer for bail after a certain period. 3.
The application stands dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
