By order dated 20th September 2024, this Court had issued the following direction :

"6.

Accordingly, the concerned Court i.e. the District and Sessions Court, Belapur, is directed to submit a report to this Court with regard to the progress in the matter concerning the applicant. Specific details will have to be given in the said report about the number of applications moved by the applicant on various grounds, as also the question as to whether charge has been framed in the matter. 7.

The report be submitted by the aforesaid Court within two weeks from today. The Registrar is directed to forthwith communicate this order to the aforesaid Court. 8.

List the application for further consideration on 18th October, 2024, to be included in the "Supplementary List.""

Accordingly, the application is listed today for consideration. But, the office note shows that the report is still awaited from the District and Sessions Court, Belapur. The office note further records that an email was also sent to the said Court, in the light of the above quoted direction issued by this Court. 3.

It is surprising that despite specific direction issued by this Court, the report is still awaited from District and Sessions Court, Belapur.

In view of the above, the District and Sessions Court, Belapur, is directed to submit report in terms of the order dated 20th September 2024, in any case, by 24th October 2024. 5.

The order passed today shall be communicated to the District and Sessions Court, Belapur, by Special Messenger. 6.

List this application for further consideration/direction, at the top of the supplementary list, on 24th October 2024. MANISH PITALE, J.
