Considering the fact that non-applicant no.2 is a victim, it is necessary to provide legal assistance to her at the cost of the State.

Smt. Varsha A. Warade, Advocate, who is present in the Court, has accepted the request made by the Court to represent non-applicant no.2/victim, in the matter. 4.

Accordingly, Smt. Varsha As. Warade, Advocate is appointed in this matter to represent non-applilcant no.2. 5.
