Mr. Sawalkar, learned Advocate for Applicant would submit that he has instructions to withdraw the Application but would persuade the Court to pass appropriate directions to the learned Trial Court to expeditious complete the trial in view of the fact that Applicant is a lady and she is incarcerated for 2 years and 8 days. 3.
