Learned counsel for the applicant has placed the order passed by this Court on 21st December, 2023, which was filed by the co-accused, wherein the application was allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to apply a fresh application after four months. 2.

Till date, even the charge is not framed by the trial Court. Accordingly, necessary instructions shall be taken by the learned APP as to when the matter is fixed for argument. 3.
