In this Application, by order dated 22.07.2024, this office had directed service of notice on Respondent No.2 through the Investigating Officer.

The mother of the victim is present in Court today and she submits that legal aid may be provided.

In view of the above, the High Court Legal Services Committee is directed to appoint an advocate from its panel to represent Respondent No.2.

4.

The Applicant shall provide an additional set of papers to the High Court Legal Services Committee within one week from today.
