The application is for grant of bail.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant to some extent. Perused the investigation papers from which it reveals that 13 year old girl was subjected for the forceful sexual assault by the applicant, who is 38 years old man.

Considering the investigation papers, statement of the victim and the medical report, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

Learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the same.
