Necessary amendment be carried out to implead the victim as a party respondent by concealing her identity. 7.

Issue notice to the respondents.

The applicant shall serve copy of the application on respondent Nos.1 and 2 and also furnish a copy to the Investigating Officer for being served on respondent No.3 within a week's time.
